A paid credit should be charged only when a scan successfully generates a report, unless a premium scan clearly shows a different credit rule before you start. If a credit is charged incorrectly due to a service error, we may restore the credit or correct the issue.
Unused one-time credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase unless a different rule is shown at checkout or required by law. Used credits and completed reports are generally not refundable. If a refund, reversal, dispute, or chargeback is approved for a credit pack, we may remove the related unused credits or suspend access associated with that purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account → Manage billing when available. This may open PayPal account billing, PayPal autopay, or subscription management settings. If that entry is unavailable or does not show your subscription, contact support@aivideodetector.video for billing help.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund, chargeback, fraud review, policy violation, payment reversal, suspension, expiration, or provider status requires earlier suspension, paid subscription access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation.
Subscription fees already paid are generally not automatically refunded only because you cancel, except where required by law or where we approve a refund under this policy. If we approve a refund, we may revoke related credits, paid access, PDF export access, report history features, or other paid benefits associated with the refunded period.
Approved refunds are processed back through PayPal or the original payment method where available. Provider timing can vary by payment method, bank, country, currency, and PayPal account status.
Please contact support@aivideodetector.video first if you believe a charge is incorrect or a paid credit was consumed incorrectly. PayPal users may also have dispute rights through PayPal’s Resolution Center or their card issuer under PayPal’s and the issuer’s rules.
Opening a PayPal dispute, claim, chargeback, reversal, or unauthorized-transaction report may pause account credits, paid access, refunds, or billing changes while the transaction is reviewed. If a charge is refunded, reversed, disputed successfully, or charged back, we may revoke the related credits, reports, subscription access, or other paid benefits.
Unless we state otherwise at checkout, PayPal is not our merchant of record or tax/VAT administrator. AIVideoDetector or its seller entity remains responsible for its own tax treatment, VAT/GST/sales tax, receipts, invoices, and accounting records according to applicable law and the information shown at checkout.
Unless a checkout page clearly says taxes are included, displayed prices are tax-exclusive. PayPal transaction receipts or PayPal account records are the primary MVP payment receipts, but they may not be a tax invoice from us. If you need a separate invoice or tax details, contact support@aivideodetector.video; invoices are handled manually unless automated invoice tooling is later provided.
We may deny refunds, suspend accounts, revoke credits, downgrade paid access, or refuse service for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violations, illegal content, harassment, or attempts to bypass limits.
